Professional Summary
A hands-on Mechanical Engineer with deep experience in automotive engineering, CAD design, prototype
development, and full lifecycle vehicle engineering. Proven ability to take projects from concept through planning,
CAD modeling, systems integration, assembly oversight, testing, and delivery. Experienced in custom vehicle
engineering, specializing in the design and production of high-end vintage Broncos that integrate modern powertrains,
electrical systems, and high-performance components into fully engineered platforms. Known for high-quality
craftsmanship, client-driven design, systems-level thinking, and the ability to transform complex mechanical and
electrical requirements into engineered solutions
Seeking full-time engineering opportunities in design, product development, or systems integration.
- Led the design, assembly, & systems integration for high end classic vehicles
- Managed the CAD→manufacture→assembly loop: create parts, coordinate outsourced work, and manage supplier timelines.
- Developed Application-Specific Wiring Architecture & Controls Integration
- Executed Functional Testing and Performance & Reliability Validation
- Delivered Fully Integrated Builds Meeting Modern Performance Benchmarks
- Oversaw General Operations, supervised a ~15-person team; responsible for training, scheduling, and on-shift leadership.
- Managed daily cash operations ($1–7k), maintenance, and workflow improvements that reduced wait times and boosted throughput.
1968 Ford Bronco Build
- Designed and executed a modernization of a 1968 Bronco, integrating EFI powertrain control,
CAN-based subsystem communication, overhauled wiring, and electronic accessories throughout the vehicle
- Implemented luxury and performance upgrades including power steering, power disc brakes, heated and cooled leather seating,
full air conditioned HVAC, Bluetooth-enabled Morel audio, and digital instrumentation.
- Fabricated custom mechanical systems for the EFI fuel loop, vapor management,
cooling and serpentine assembly, and deeply interconnected electronics; All AN-plumbed, Deutsch connected, and service-friendly.
1974 Jeep CJ5 — Show Winner
- Restoration recognized for design & craftsmanship; earned 2nd in its class at the Chicago Auto Show (2022).
- Completed a frame-off revival of a 1974 CJ5 with a focus on retaining classic form while improving reliability, capability, and drivability.
- Added select modern amenities including updated lighting, integrated audio, and electronic instrumentation.
- Rebuilt AMC 304 V8, with mild roller cam shaft, paired with a rebuilt Borg-Warner T15 3 Speed Transmission.
Smart Lighting Controller (ECE)
- LDR-threshold lighting with op-amp comparator and relay actuation; tuned for stable switching and noise immunity.
- Bench-tested with adjustable thresholds; designed PCB and enclosure layout for durability and ease of wiring.
Focus areas: systems integration, CAD (NX / Creo), electrical, documentation, and hands-on prototyping in
student motorsports labs.
